Welcome to Bethel Township’s historic roots– one of the original, unique homes that was built in 1827. The beautiful stone facade of this home was made with the blue granite in addition to field stone that was collected around this lot and surrounding areas of Bethel. This center hall colonial used to be two homes that has since been made into one large home. The foyer divides the house down the center. The property line is about 5 feet from the neighbor’s garage, there is a yellow marking on the driveway before the grass (towards the road), and it splits almost down the center of the grass to the street. The well is a about 25 foot deep with about 10 feet of water, hand dug and is stone stacked. There is a filtration system and the well water has been tested frequently. Last test was completed about 2 years ago. Home is currently being lived in but could use some repairs so priced to be sold in its current condition.
